golinuxThanks, mason03:44
masonI wanted to send it off earlier but life intruded.03:45
masonPlus side, I've got my truck back now, which means I can make a run to the recycling center, or the part of it not closed.03:46
golinuxLeePen: Are you around?20:31
LeePenYes-ish. Cooking tea!20:43
c-doghello *. I'm looking for a little advice please! I know plymouth is a blacklisted app however I recently looked into de-systemd-ing it. I've adapted the deb package source from debian/devuan buster/beowulf so that it no longer requires systemd and compiles cleanly (the debian way) without it - in fact plymouth doesn't require systemd at all, just debian devs decided to make systemd a dependency and incorporated compile time configs f22:29
c-dogor systemd. I've been running my adapted version on devuan beowulf with the new package without issues. What would be my next steps to get the package included in beowulf and the blacklist removed? The changes to the debian package sources are minimal so should I put my changes in a debian patch file to be included with a proposed devuan package? Should I sign up on devuan gitlab so I can publish the code? Thanks...22:29
LeePenc-dog: Yes, push to your account on git.devuan.org and ask for review.22:31
LeePenThanks!22:31
c-dogOK, will do thanks.22:31
