brolin_empey | Trying to find 1-TB and 2-TB mSATA SSDs for sale on Web stores seems to be much easier said than done. Sigh. I do not need M.2 nor NVMe, I only need to replace some HDDs with SSDs before the HDDs fail. I do not want to buy more 2.5-inch SATA SSDs because I like mSATA SSDs because they are more interchangeable because they can be used as all of mSATA, 1.8-inch PATA, 2.5-inch PATA, and 2.5-inch SATA drives. | 08:25 |
brolin_empey | Never mind, I found 1-TB and 2-TB KingSpec mSATA SSDs for sale on AliExpress: | 09:03 |

brolin_empey | The Western Web stores I checked before AliExpress were mostly dead ends. | 09:03 |

enyc | brolin_empey: coo i didn't know 1.8"-PATA was much of a thing, only seen 2.5inch-PATA | 14:01 |
KotCzarny | be wary that 1.8" drives usually run off 3.3V instead of 5V | 15:10 |
KotCzarny | at least the ones i know of | 15:10 |
